It has been a busy few days.  We arrived in Peru, stayed overnight in Lima, and have come to Trujillo.  Here in Trujillo we are staying at Elsa's house.  She is the mother-in-law of the Vive Peru director.  We got to sandboard, see the ruins of Chan Chan, go to the beach town of Huanchaco, and have a cooking class tonight (Lomo Salto, anyone??).  Tomorrow we are headed to Otuzco.

Oh yeah, is "esandboardar" the way to say "sandboarding" in Espanol?

That's pretty awesome Mom! Hope you guys had a fun time, and it's nice to see you enjoyed everything already. (Neil and I saw it too!)
