Twenty seven years ago today I became a mother, with my teeny 4 pound 11 ounce baby girl, Alison. She was so tiny that she had to be kept in the newborn ICU because she could not keep her temperature or blood sugar up. After five days, I finally got to take her home. It has been awesome being her mother, to watch her grow and see the wonderful woman and mother she herself has become. I love you Alison!!!
